If students are nervous about these upcoming exams they should refer to the study guides given to them by teachers. These can be used to help students review and prepare themselves for the tests. Midterms are worth 10% of your grade so its encouraged for students to study and and eat a good breakfast before school so they can do their best.
A change in how midterms are handled this year comes in there scheduling, as a result of student and staff feedback midterms exams will mirror the final exam schedule. Meaning that students who have their own transportation (parent pick-up, parking permit, or walking) are allowed to leave at 11:45 when the testing is finished. Students who take the bus will remain in the building until normal dismissal time at 2:48. Lunch for these students will be from 11:45 to 12:30.
Students are allowed to use this time to study, receive tutoring, have a quiet work space, or serve detentions.
BASH admin wishes students the best of luck on their exams!
