Bears Baseball Back On Track
The Bears won 8-1 against Methacton Wednesday. The team is on a three game winning streak, after a tough loss to Governor Mifflin Saturday.
Nate Kline, Mike Xanthopolous, and Trevor Waldman all pitched against Methacton. Kline was on the mound four of the seven innings and totaled five strikeouts letting up only two hits.
Ryan Weller and Jordan Shustack each had two RBI’s while Tyler Kreitz scored twice. Ben Longacre and Ryan Jacobs also had two hits apiece.
Boyertown is sitting atop the Pac-10 with a league record of 8-1 and an overall record of 8-2.
The Bears visit the Owen J. Roberts Wildcats on Friday where they look to continue their winning streak.
