Students Say No With Red Ribbons
Students have been wearing red ribbons as a sign they are drug free.
The red ribbons – which symbolize being against drugs — were handed out during homeroom. Students were asked to sign a pledge and wear the red ribbons throughout the campaign, October 23-31, to show they are drug free. The pledges were then displayed in the cafeteria.

The Red Ribbon Campaign started in 1985, when drug traffickers in Mexico City murdered Kiki Camarena, a DEA agent.
