BASH’s football team has been working incredibly hard in the weeks leading up to school starting. Coaches are making the team run through plays many times until they have it down. During practice, the team separates into about 4-5 different groups and each group practices a different skill based upon what positions different students play.
After a while the groups will slowly put their skills together and become one large group that runs plays just like a regular game.
The team also has a lot of grit. one of the players ended up hurting their hand pretty badly, got it looked at, and went right back onto the field. These students are giving it their all with no quit!
The team also goes deeper than just sports. They work like a family. All of the teammates are very close with each other and work like a family. The coaches are very caring about the players, but also show tough love to improve the teams plays.
The coaches often pull players aside one on one to talk about what needs to be improved. They make sure that every student has what they need, and is meeting all goals to the best of their ability. The teammates themselves also have outstanding sportsmanship.
The team has no stop and they are hopefully going to have a great run this year! BASH football is coming and won’t be going down without a fight!
The first official home football game of the year will be on Friday, September 6th and the team needs your support! Please go and buy tickets at hometownticketing.com and support the BASH football team!
