Alona Hopkins is a senior at Boyertown area senior high. This is Alona's second year taking journalism and she has really learned to love writing. She likes to write about anything but really has an interest for opinion pieces.  She has participated in track and field throughout all her high school years and part of middle school at junior high west. She plans on possibly taking it further out of high school to write about her lifetime. She loves to hang out with family in her free time and really enjoys art.
