Boyertown Area Senior High School’s spring play will be The Birds That Stay! Play auditions will be held after school on Thursday (3/13/25). Audition packets can be picked up my Mrs. Haley’s room (Room 702) if you haven’t gotten one already and you are interested in auditioning. The play will be shown on May 9th, 10th, and 11th.
Mrs. Haley, the play director says that she’s, “Very excited” and that she “can’t wait.” She followed that with saying, “I [Mrs. Hailey] have very big plans for this play.”
This play is very dark. It includes a deceased grandmother and who comes back from the dead to haunt her grandson Dylan with zombies and mysterious phone calls. This play also involves a cruel stepfather named Otis Pratt who put’s his family through trauma throughout the play. Chance McGrady suffers from Otis Prat’s cruel ways and takes his revenge on Otis Pratt.
