JJ Redick drives to the basket for 2 in Wednesday night’s 117-91 win over the Knicks.
Sixers Finally Get a Laugher in 117-91 Drubbing of New York
The Sixers finally seemed to fire on all cylinders on Wednesday night, pulling out to a 41-27 1st quarter lead and never looking back. In a season that has seen leads evaporate in a matter of minutes, and an overall lack of explosiveness and consistency even against lowlier teams, the win on Wednesday is huge. It’s the team’s largest margin of victory since October 29th’s 113-92 win over Atlanta. JJ Redick led the team with 26 points, and Embiid held his own with a 24 points and 14 rebounds. The Sixers look to keep the momentum rolling against a struggling Wizards team on Friday.
